Based on the results of the study can be concluded the level of market demand cascara in Jember Regency is still low inversely proportional to the level of consumption that shows growth following the development of the population, seen from the level of competition similar products in the market is still low or can be said almost no competitors that have the potential to market these products in the market. The feasibility level of cascara manufacturing technology in terms of easy effectiveness, energy saving and low cost, production capacity in accordance with the availability of raw materials and market needs, as well as human resources who are able to run the technology on a processing can be declared feasible even though it is still traditionally. Break Even Point (BEP) method is known to reach even exceed the break-even point, Net Present Value (NPV) greater than zero or positive value, the value of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) greater than the desired level of profit, and Net B/C > 1.0 then it can be stated investment to carry out cascara business in Jember feasible to be developed.
