    Abstract
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan sangat nyata pada mutu aroma, warna, cita rasa, dan after taste Kopi Tongkat Ali, lndocafee Ginseng dan Kopi Ginseng CNI berdasarkan uji deskriptif konsumen terlatih. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dimata konsumen, mutu ketiga produk bisa dikatakan tidak sama.
