Analisis Produktivitas Produksi Cocofiber Menggunakan Metode Multi Factor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM) di CV Sumber Sari Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
Productivity analysis proposed to measure the resources used in the production process whether optimal getting profitability for company. Profitability is the company's ability to make a profit from sales. The productivity analysis used is the Multi Factor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM), which is productivity measurement by considering all production factors such as raw materials, labor, energy etc. Productivity analysis is carried out on CV. Sumber Sari produces cocofiber to determine the level of efficiency in using production resources so that the next step can be taken to increase profitability. Based on the results of data processing on input variables in the form of raw materials, labor, and electrical energy, it was found that cocofiber production increased productivity by 7.64% by achieving profit opportunities of Rp. 61,376,215. However, labor input experienced a decrease in profits by 3.8% with a loss of profit opportunities of RP. 2.778.370. Factors that influence the decline in productivity and profitability in labor input are the addition of employees and salary increases so that there is a decrease in profit opportunities in the company. In addition, in fuel inputs there is a decrease in profits caused by waste in fuel use resulting in a decrease in profit opportunities. then it is necessary to carry out a proposed plan to increase productivity for CV. Sumbersari is focused on labor input including scheduling coaching and training, and leaders must control and evaluate the performance of subordinates so that their performance increases. In addition, it is also necessary to invest in a drying machine for the long term, to minimize the occurrence of overtime hours.
