The purpose of this study is to describe the effect
of compensation on employee performance with
quality of work life as an intervening variable. This
type of research is a literature review. The results
of this study indicate that compensation has a
significant positive effect on the quality of work life,
compensation has a significant positive effect on
employee performance, and quality of work life has
a significant positive effect on employee
performance.
