dc.description.abstracteacher's capability to develop curriculum is a part of essential teacher's competencies. qualitative research using phenomenological approach is designed to investigate the competency : social sciences subject teacher in Jember residence elementary school to develop the curriculum. Result of this research revealed that there are a lot of gaps among a scientific basis and the re?
