    Abstract
Limited but market demand for mustard greens continues to increase. Fertilization is one way to increase production yields, but the continuous increase in the price of chemical fertilizers is an obstacle for cultivating farmers. One effort that can be made is the application of liquid organic fertilizer from Moringa leaves and the composition of the planting media. The aim of this experiment was to determine the effect of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from Moringa leaves and the composition of the planting medium on the growth and yield of pagoda mustard greens. The experiment was carried out using a factorial (4x3) Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 replications. The first factor is the treatment of Moringa Leaf POC concentration (P) for each application which consists of 4 levels, namely P0: No POC (control), P1: 70 ml/L P2: 80 ml/L, P3: 90 ml/L. The second factor is the treatment of the composition of the planting media (M) which consists of 3 levels, namely M1: Soil + Sand + Bokashi (25%:25%50%), M2: Soil + Sand + Bokashi (25%:50%25%), M3 : Soil + Sand + Bokashi (50%:25%25%). The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, canopy area, leaf chlorophyll content, growth rate, fresh weight and dry weight of the plant. Data analysis used ANOVA and continued with the Dunchan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with a confidence level of 95%. Based on the research results, it shows that the interaction treatment between the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from Moringa leaves and the composition of the planting media has a very significantly different effect on the variable number of leaves and is significantly different on the variable fresh weight. The single factor POC concentration of Moringa leaves had a very significantly different effect on the variables of number of leaves, canopy area, fresh weight and dry weight of the plant, and had a significantly different effect on the variables of plant height, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll content and growth rate. The single factor of the composition of the planting media has a very significantly different influence on the variables number of leaves and fresh weight of the plant, and also has a significantly different influence on the variable leaf chlorophyll. The combination of P3M1 treatment (moringa leaf POC concentration of 90 ml/L and the composition of the planting medium is soil + sand + bokashi (25%:25%:50%) is recommended because it has the best influence on the growth and yield of pagoda mustard plants.
