    Abstract
Komodo (Kawal Order, Monitoring, Dan Kontrol) is an information system owned by Telkom. The Telkom Komodo system is an integrated digital platform that provides management services for Telkom employees. This research aims to analyze the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the Telkom Komodo system using the heuristic evaluation method. The evaluation was conducted based on Jakob Nielsen's 10 heuristic principles to identify problems and potential improvements in the system interface. The data collection method in this research is using quantitative methods. The results of the analysis show that out of 10 heuristic principles, there are 2 principles that have "Minor Usability Problems" which means problems were found in the system but improvements are not prioritized, in other words, low priority level, namely principles H5 and H10 with severity ratings of 2. Next, there are 4 principles that have "Cosmetic Problems" which means several visual elements need to be fixed, but it is not urgent and fixed if there is time availability, namely principles H1, H3, H8, and H9 with severity ratings of 1. And 4 other principles that have severity ratings of 0 or "Disagree" which means the system is comfortable to use, not a problem and users do not find obstacles in using the features on principles H2, H4, H6, and H7. Meanwhile, the most serious problems among the ten heuristic principles were found in principles H5 and H10, with an average severity ratings of 1.8 and 2.075 rounded to a final value of 2. This research is expected to contribute to Telkom in improving the quality of user interface and user experience of the Komodo system and user satisfaction.
