Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Akhir Aplikasi Mobile E-NGET RSUD Blambangan Banyuwangi Menggunakan Metode End – User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)
Abstract
Analysis of End User Satisfaction of Electronic Mobile Administration Integrated System (E-NGET) at Blambangan Banyuwangi Regional General Hospital Using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Method. By Shely Puspitasari, Student ID 182410101034 consisting of 40 pages from the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember. Minister of Health Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 Year 2013 states that every health facility must provide and operate a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and carry out supervision and guidance to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia. Hospital Management Information System is a series of activities involving all aspects of health services administratively that provide data to managers for the management of health service processes in hospitals. Blambangan Banyuwangi Regional General Hospital is one of the institutions that implements the development of communication and information technology through the Electronic Integrated and Mobile Administration (E-NGET) application. The Electronic Integrated and Mobile Administration (E-NGET) application is a mobile-based electronic application used for all administrative processes and patient services at Blambangan Banyuwangi Regional General Hospital. The purpose of establishing the E-NGET application is to improve service performance and facilitate the public in obtaining services at Blambangan Banyuwangi Regional General Hospital. At the initial launch of the E-NGET application from August 2021 to April 2022, user reviews appeared to be quite unsatisfactory, with a rating of 3.2. However, from May 2022 to January 2024, the E-NGET application experienced an increase, both in rating and the number of users. The rating increased to 4.5, while the number of users, which initially totaled 426, increased to 2543. In accordance with the explanation above, to identify the factors influencing user satisfaction regarding the increase in rating and the number of users of the E-NGET application, this study is considered most suitable using the EUCS method because the variables and indicators in this method are suitable and relevant to the issues in the E-NGET application. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it was found that the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, all hypotheses are accepted.
