Pengaruh Konsentrasi Monokalium Fosfat dan Giberelin terhadap Produksi dan Kualitas Tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) dengan Hidroponik Sistem Dutch Bucket
Abstract
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is a potential horticultural commodity to be developed. The problems that often found in the cultivation of hydroponic plants are the loss of it’s flowers and ovaries of plants, and inappropriate use of fertilizer dosage. The study used a complete randomized design (CRD) factorial split plot 3x3 with 3 replications. The first factor was the addition of 3 levels concentration, 0 ppm, 150 ppm, and 350 ppm. The second factor was spraying 3 levels of gibberellins, 0 ppm, 50 ppm and 100 ppm. The observed variables included the number of flowers and harvested fruit, the fruit diameter and weight, the weight of the fruit per plant, and total dissolved solids. The results showed that 150 ppm KH2PO4 and 100 ppm gibberellin gave the best results in increasing the number of flowers and fruit diameter per plant. 150 ppm KH2PO4 and 50 ppm gibberellins gave the best results in increasing the fruit weight, the weight of the fruit per plant, and total dissolved solids. And 250 ppm KH2PO4 and 100 ppm gibberellins gave the best results in increasing the number of fruits per plant.
