Pengaruh Berbagai Konsentrasi Ekstrak Saliara (Lantana camara L.) Terhadap Mortalitas Hama Ulat Krop Kubis (Crocidolomia pavonana F.)
Abstract
Crocidolomia pavonana F. is one of the major pest of Brassica plants. The attack rate of C. pavonana can reach 50.58% and cause damage up to 100% in the dry season. Control that can be done is by using vegetable insecticides. The study aimed to determine the effect of various concentrations of Lantana camara extract on the mortality of Crocidolomia pavonana pests. The research was carried out at the Pest Laboratory of the Plant Protection Study Program, University of Jember from February 2023 to June 2023. The results showed that the concentration of Lantana camara extract had a very real effect on the mortality of Crocidolomia pavonana larvae. L. camara extract with the highest concentration, namely in K7 treatment (15%) can cause an average mortality of C. pavonana larvae up to 61.67% with an LT50 value of 4.05 days.
