Analisis Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran Fisika dengan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Kabupaten Lumajang
Abstract
Curriculum reform is one of the factors to improve the quality of education in
Indonesia. Curriculum reform in Indonesia is due to a learning loss and following
the development of science and technology. Therefore, Kemendikbudristek tries
efforts to restore the learning process. One of these efforts is the release
“Kurikulum Merdeka”. “Kurikulum Merdeka” is curriculum in which
intracurricular learning is diverse and focused on deepening concepts and
strengthening students' competitiveness, uniqueness and abilities. But, the existence
of curriculum reform applied in an educational unit may be able to change the
learning motivation and learning outcomes of students, especially in physics
learning. Therefore, This study aims to analyze students' learning motivation and
learning outcomes in physics learning with a “Kurikulum Merdeka”. The research
method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. With learning motivation
analyzed based on the average percentage score of answers from surveys
distributed to students and learning outcomes based on physics report cards for one
semester. And then, followed by analyzing whether gander affects student
motivation and learning outcomes. The results of student learning motivation in the
high category with a percentage of 73,01% and student learning in high category
with a percentage of 78,38%. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that
student motivation and learning outcomes in physics learning with a “Kurikulum
Merdeka” are in the high category.
