Pengukuran Tingkat Kesiapan Implementasi E-Learning (E-Learning Readiness) di SMK Negeri 2 Jember
Abstract
E-Learning is distance learning that is used to assist formal and informal education for the teaching and learning process without having to be in class. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred caused the teaching and learning process to be carried out remotely from home according to a circular from the KEMENDIKBUD. SMKN 2 Jember is a school that has recovered from the Covid-19 pandemic, which as a result has to carry out bold learning from home. When carrying out bold learning, SMKN 2 Jember uses e-learning which is developed and managed by the web-based school itself. The process of implementing e-learning at SMKN 2 Jember still has problems or it doesn't run smoothly caused by teachers and students who have never used or for the first time used e-learning in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of teachers and students in implementing e-learning, one of the methods that can be used to measure the level of e-learning readiness is E-Learning Readiness (ELR) which was developed by (Aydin & Tasci 2005). There are 4 important components that influence the readiness to implement e-learning contained in ELR, namely People, Self Development, Technology, and Innovation. The results of this research show that SMKN 2 Jember gets an ELR score of 3.89 which means that the level of readiness for implementing e-learning is ready, but needs a little improvement. All ELR variables at SMKN 2 Jember stated that they still needed a little improvement so that the implementation of e-learning could run very well.
