Pengendalian Jamur (Colletotricum capsisi) Penyebab Penyakit Bercak Daun Tanaman Kunyit (Curcuma domestica) menggunakan Agens Antagonis Trichoderma harzianum
Abstract
Turmeric is one of ther herbs and medicinal plants native to Southeast Asia. Fulfilling the high demand for turmeric production in the field is not easy, because of the many obstacles that are still faced by turmeric farmers. Constraints that cause the need for turmeric to not meet include the attack of Plant Pest Organisms that attack turmeric including pests, diseases and weeds. One of the diseases that can attack turmeric is leaf spot disease caused by the fungus Collectotrichum capsisi. This fungus is a type of plant pathogen that often causes problems and can cause yield losses of up to 50%. The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design method with 1 treatment factor using the application of the antagonist agent Trichoderma harzianum with various densities. The treatments were P0 (control), P1 (spore density 106), P2 (spore density 107), P3 (spore density 108), P4 (spo density 109). Variables observed were spore density, incubation period, disease incidence and disease severity. Treatment of differences in spore density of Trichoderma harzianum showed significantly different results in the presence of the effect of giving T. harzianum on the development of incidence, disease severity and growth of turmeric plants in P3 treatment (T. harzianum density 108 spores/ml). The longest disease incubation period with an incubation period of 7-12 HIS, the lowest disease incidence with an incidence value of 25%, the lowest disease severity with a value of 8%.
