    Abstract
    Kombinasi perlakuan yang paling di sukai terdapat pada kombinasi perlakuan penggunaan tepung gandum 3,5%, diperoleh sifat fisik tekstur 151 ,34, warna 51,883, kadar air 70, 143%, skor kenampakan irisan 3,07, skor tekstur 2,87, skor rasa 3,53, skor warna 3,00 dan skor secara keseluruhan 3,40.
