dc.description.abstract | Regency of Jember was dominated by farm and plantation which potential to be explored become agro industry base. Ginger was the ones of agro industry commodity that could be explored in Regency of Jember to become a new industry. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method could show us which the most potential from ginger products (candies of ginger, instant ginger and syrup of ginger) to develop become a new industry. Determination of ginger kinds based industrial commodities using AHP method could show that the criterion of market opportunity was the most significant criterion and affects the determination of ginger kinds based industrial commodities in the Regency of Jember. Instant ginger was the most potential product to be sold in the regency of Jember (value = 0,588). Instant ginger was the most popular product in Regency of Jember. | en_US |
