orientation on employee performance through organizational commitment. This type of this study is a literature
review. The result of this study showed that transformational leadership and internal marketing orientation have
a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership and internal marketing
orientation have a positive and significant effect on company performance through organizational commitment.
