Diskriminasi Daun Gandarusa (Justicia gendarrusa Burm.f.) Asal Surabaya, Jember dan Mojokerto Menggunakan Metode Elektroforesis

Abstract

Discrimination of gandarusa samples were made based on the availability of individual protein spot, and the color intensity of the same protein spot in all samples. It can be suggested that 2-DE profiles can be used to differentiate the gandarusa samples.
