Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan (Leadership Style) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Study Empiris pada Karyawan Bagian Akuntansi Bank Umum Nasional di Jember)
Abstract
Obtaining an effective organization has become an ongoing discussion in the contemporer managament studies. One of the major factors that able to influence the effectiveness of organization is the employee performance and effectiveness. This study examined the effect of readership styles on the employee performance. We conducted this research on stairs who work in accounting department of 16 banking companies in Jember. The regression analysis was employed to calculate and discover the relationship between these leadership styles and the accounting department staffs perception on their performance.
