Writing about a city and what is happening or is currently happening in it would certainly require assessment on the historicity of the city itself. In this context, the city is placed in a productive space, meaning that the city is not placed only as a space in which the inside and outside becomes a passive entity or a city is just positioned as a person's creation or power order.
