This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure to the
firm value. This study used MVAIC to measuring intellectual capital, DER to measuring
capital structure, and Tobin's Q to measuring firm value. The sample in this study was 42
companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2015 and has a
characteristic high IC intensive. The method of determining the sample used purposive
sampling. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The analysis
shows that (1) intellectual capital has no effect on firm value and (2) capital structure has
significant effect to the firm value.
