Development of Supply Chain Management Agribusiness Using Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Concept
Abstract
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the management of activities that consist of coordination, scheduling and control of procurement, production, inventory, and delivery production to customers. This research implement SCM in agribusiness. The purpose of this research is manage all the activities of agribusiness. The management of agribusiness activities have an impact on the stability of the agricultural products prices. To increase the value added in the supply chain is particularly pressing inventory, price and efficiency of the entire logistics supply chain associated with the participants, this research uses the concept of Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR). CPFR concept is used to reduce the difference between the forecasts made by some of the members of the supply chain then jointly determine the replenishment policy. This research uses the concept of CPFR to the fulfillment of the consumption of agro-products in a region with a planting plan according to the needs.
