This study is a descriptive study using cross sectional approach. The study was conducted
at Medical Record Installation in Dental Hospital of Jember University during September

or panoramic radiographs, radiographs visual quality is still good (> 80% did not there
were stains), and have the patient data are complete. Interpreting of the radiograph done
by researcher. The interpreting data collected, grouped according to the type of case and
are presented in the table. Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis: mean, frequency
and percentage.
The results showed that clinical cases majority are radiolucent lesions in the periodontal,
followed by a radiolucent lesions in periapical, , congenital anomalies, radiopaque lesions
in the around of roots, radiolucent lesions in pericoronal, radiopaque lesions in
pericoronal, degeneration and radiolucent lesions in the surrounding anatomical
