Sistem Informasi Repositori Digital Budaya Gorontalo

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital repository application for Gorontalo culture, where the system provides information about Gorontalo culture in forms videos, images and texts. All Gorontalo culture data in the digital form obtained from the government agencies (county and city cultural departments), indigenous stakeholders, studio manager of culture or Gorontalo culture observer. This system consist of multiple entities (actors), such as admin, reviewer, contributor and regular visitor. Admin charge of managing cultural data, determine reviewers and manage user data. Reviewers charge of examine every article submitted by contributors and provide status that article is feasible or not to publish. Contributor charge of provide article into the system, either in form of texts, videos and images. The system is develop almost the same as the reviewed journal system with three main activities which is providing articles, determine the reviewers and reviewing the articles. However the system was a prototype where there is a shortage due to the system requirements that have not been well defined.
