The discrimination may undermine the integrity of the EU, so that EU should also play a role in eliminating discrimination. EU uses its authority and legality by giving a warning to Czech Republic that discrimination has violated the European Convention on Human Rights. In addition, the EU also recommended that the Czech Republic make up the program Strategy for Combating Social Exclusion. In the end, Czech Republic made the program based on the Government Resolution Number 462.
