Increasing and tight competition along with the high customer demand coupled with its variation have made company to be aware of not stock piling their inventory in the warehouse. Company is required to be more subtle in integrating the flow of information and goods from its supplier chain management (SCM). Currently, SCM has become the primary concern of every company to improve its operating performance. The changing of competition paradigm, which was initially between companies, now has moved to between chains. Apart from that, the sophisticated support from information technology has forced company to cleverly apply SCM in order not only to defend its existence but also to become strategis assets leading to improvement of the company's operating performance.en_US
