| dc.description.abstract | The aim of these research is to identify the social-economic structure of
the Kalitengah Plantation labour and reveal the motive of Kalitengah Plantation
labour still loyal to Kalitengah Plantation as labour despite in low-wage by using
historical method and structural functional teori. The result of these research shows
that there are an internal and external motive that make the labour of Kalitengah
