New Basic Strategy for Future Agriculture Education
Abstract
Learning on agriculture education in academic, voccasional, and professional education designed on learning outcomes basis will yield qualifying human resources whom their competence matched to skills needed for certain occupations in job market. For many year, agriculture learning in Indonesia did not construct human resources skills in a whol yet. The learning evalution performed more focused on the cognitive and psychomotor skills, but small, or even not at all on soft skills.
