dc.description.abstract | The research is aims to know: 1) the geometry of the material that is presented in each class; 2) van Hiele levels of thinking to some of the material geometry is presented in each class; 3) students activities that appear in the learning material geometry on elementary school Electronic Textbooks based on van Hiele levels of thinking . Type of research conducted in this research is descriptive research. Objects of this study is the Electronic Textbooks in the form of mold elementary school. The result of this study are: 1) the materials presented geometry are two- and three- dimensional shapes, and measurement; 2) material geometry on elementary school Electronic Textbooks are at level 0 (visualization), level 1 (analysis), and level 2 (deduction informal). The lowest level geometry material is at level 0 (visualization), while the highest level is at level 2 (informal deduction); 3) students activities that appear in presentation of learning geometry in the elementary school electronic textbook at level 0 (visualization) among other thing: identify examples two- and three- dimensional shapes based on simple picture, drawing two- and three- dimensional shape on checkered paper, etc. Students activities that looked at levels 1 (analysis) include: finding properties two-dimensional shape, find the area and
perimeter two-dimensional shape, etc. Student activities that appear in the level 2 (informal deduction) include: finding broad two-dimensional shape wide derived from any other two-dimensional shape, find the combined area of twodimensional
shape, etc. | en_US |
