    Abstract
    Compensation (X1) and leadership style have direct and significant positive impact on work motivation (Z) on a Motorcycle Dealer in the city. Compensation (X1) and leadership style have direct and significant positive impact on employee performance (Y) on a Motorcycle Dealer in the town of Jember r (X1 = 0.315 and X2 = 0.266). Work motivation (Z) have direct and significant positive impact on employee performance (Y) in the city Jember Dealer of 0.275. Compensation (X1) indirectly influence significant and positive impact on employee performance (Y) through the work motivation (Z) of 0.111. Leadership style (X2) indirectly influence significantly and positively on employee performance (Y) through the work motivation (Z) of 0.086.
