PENGARUH KOMBINASI PENGGUNAAN KOMPOS BUNGKIL KOPI DAN PUPUK CAIR ORGANIK TERHADAP KUALITAS BIJI GANDUM (Triticum aestivum. L)

Abstract

This research was aim to determine the combination effect of composition of coffee peel compost media, concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and interaction between coffee peel compost media and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on wheat quality. Research conducted in greenhouse, Agriculture Department, Jember University at November 2010 until July 2011. Materials used are coffee peel compost, Dark Northern Spring 14 (DNS 14) wheat varieties, liquid organic fertilizer, and dry soil. The treatments were arranged in 4 x 4 factorial designs using randomized block design with three repetitions and two factors. The composition of coffee peel compost media consisting of four variation, there are without compost, addition of 100 grams, 200, and 300 grams compost, while the second factor is concentration of liquid organic fertilizer, consisting of four variation, there are without liquid fertilizer, 1 cc liquid fertilizer addition, 2 cc liquid fertilizer, and 3 cc liquid fertilizer addition. The results showed that addition of composition off coffee peel compost and liquid organic fertilizer give the real effect on grain quality of wheat.
