PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL LANGSUNGDAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TIDAK LANGSUNG TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA
Abstract
This research examine influance between directly and indirectly financial
compensation and motivation in three banking corporation in which are BRI Bank,
BNI Bank and Mandiri Bank where is directly and indirectly financial compensation as
independent variable and motivation as dependent variable. This research use
purposive sampling design methods that are three banking corporation as population
dispit of banking corporation were difined as samples each fifty samples. Thereby,
from them that can analize just one hundreds and twenty five samples. They are BRI
Bank, BNI Bank and Mandiri Bank 50; 30 and 45 quitionaires, respectively.
The aim of this researach is to examine and understand statistically influance
between independent variables directly and indirectly financial compensation variable
simultanously and partially and dependent variable that is motivation.
The analysis result represent that statistically independent variables in which
directly and indirectly financial compensation influance significantly to motivation as
dependent variable simultanously. Furthermore, to understand which variable
influance in it and than examining use t-test. The T-test result represent that just
indirectly financial compensation variable influance for motivation at degree 0,05 (
α).
Finally, may be drawn a conclution that simultanously independent variable
including directly and indirectly financial compensation statistically influance for
motivation. But, partially indirectly financial compansation variable only influances to
the motivation. Therefore, banking corporation have to regard for indirectly financial
compansation for that purpose increasing in the motivation their labours..
