Abstract

The implication National Commission of Ombusman in the implementation of a good governance concept. The obstacle that face off with an effort that will be done by National commission of Ombudsman for optimalize and to create a good governance. The purpose of this thesis in order to know the National Commission of Ombudsman guarantee in a good governance and the obstacle that face off and an effort to optimalize it to create a good governance. The thesis methodology that use is a problem approach of normatif juridical. Law element that used contain of primer law element and secunder law element. The collecting methodology of the law is a literature study. Then, analysis that used with qualitative descriptive and summary method with qualitative deductive. The summary from National Commission of Ombudsman is knowing in the creating of a good governance, the position as a society supervisor institution. That recommendate to solve the society problem. The obstacle that find is a. The position of KON still low, b. The carelessness of recommendation because it doesn’t legally baund, c. The age of KON still young and can’t make the differences, d.
