Respon Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Sawi Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) dengan Penambahan Hormon Sitokinin Alami Bulir Jagung Muda dan Pupuk Kandang Ayam serta Pemanfaatannya sebagai Buku Ilmiah Populer
Abstract
This research was conducted from August to November 2023 at the Green
House UPA Agrotechnology Garden, University of Jember. This study was
conducted to determine the effect and optimal concentration of each treatment and
treatment combination. This research was carried out experimentally with a
factorial Completely Randomized Design (RAL) because it uses two factors, a total
of 16 treatments with 3 replications in each treatment with parameters of plant
height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and consumption weight.
Observation data were then analyzed using ANOVA test with a significant level of
5% using SPSS. After that followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was
conducted with 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was an
interaction in the combination of the addition of natural cytokinin hormon of young
corn grains and chicken manure on the growth and production of pakcoy plants
(Brassica rapa L.), as evidenced by the interaction in the data analysis of plant
height 14 HST, number of leaves 28 HST, and dry weight of plants. The combination
of the concentration of natural cytokinin hormon corn grain and the dose of chicken
manure that is optimal for the growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.)
is S1K3 with a concentration of cytokinin hormon 10 mL/L and a dose of chicken
manure 450 grams/polybag. The results of the research were poured into a popular
scientific book product which was then validated and received an average score of
82.3% with decent criteria.
