The high demand for the edamame soybean export market, which requires environmentally friendly products has encouraged PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh (GMIT) to develop alternative control methods against whitefly pests (Bemisia tabaci) This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination of biological agents in controlling whiteflies and to analyze the intensity of attacks in different seasonal conditions. The experiment was conducted using a Randomized Block Design with 11 combinations of biological agent treatments (Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Yellow Sticky Trap, and Neem Leaf Botanical Pesticide) applied to 33 experimental plots. Observations included the dynamics of the whitefly population and the intensity of attacks, analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test (α=0.05). The results showed that the P10 treatment (a combination of the four biological agents) effectively suppresses the whitefly population in the dry season, significantly different from the control and other treatments. However, the effectiveness of all treatments was not significant in the rainy season due to high rainfall which affected the persistence of biological agents. The intensity of the attack increased progressively without significant differences between treatments in both seasons. This study concluded that the combination of biological agents P10 is an effective alternative for controlling whiteflies during the dry season, providing a basis for developing an integrated pest control strategy that is adaptive and environmentally friendly according to the demands of the export market.
