dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on evaluate the user experience of website Belifitt.com, which has the concept of a healthy life program and shopping groceries where there are user complaints regarding the content and delivery of information which disrupts the user experience when accessing the website. This research aims to determine problems and fatality rates according to heuristic evaluation and obtain the highest severity ratings to provide recommendations for improvements for the website belifitt.com. The study design used cross sectional analytics with a purposive sampling technique on customers registered on the website belifitt.com in the Bekasi city area, totaling 311 respondents. Data was collected through a user experience evaluation questionnaire with 10 variables in the heuristic evaluation method and looking for the highest severity ratings. The results of the study found that the average severity ratings value was 1, namely Cosmetic Problem so that the problem did not really affect user comfort with the level of repair not really needed if time was limited, and 2 items were found with level 3 or Major Usability Problem, namely item D2. , J3 problems can disturb user comfort so repairs are needed with a high priority level, 3 items with a fatality level of 2, namely minor usability problems, problems that can disturb user comfort but have a repair level required with a low priority level, and 3 items with a fatality level of 0 or don 't agree is stated to be not a problem so the system can be used comfortably. The problem found based on the highest fatality rate found is a major usability problem, namely that it can disrupt user comfort, so improvements are needed with a high priority level. Recommendations given are in the form of adding titles to each menu and adding help features on the website belifitt.com.en_US
