    Abstract
    Pakcoy mustard production from time to time has decreased due to lack of soil fertility due to the continuous use of inorganic fertilizers. Efforts to increase pakcoy mustard production can be done by doing organic fertilization using straw waste and gamal plants (Gliricidia sepium). This study aims to determine the interaction and dosage of a combination of gamal leaf POC (Gliricidia sepium) and straw bokashi that is effective on the growth and production of pakcoy mustard plants (Brassica rapa L) and produce a decent booklet product containing the results of the study. The research was conducted in August-October 2023 at the Agroteknopark Greenhouse. The research was conducted using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors, namely the dose of straw bokashi (B0: 0 g/plant; B1: 20 g/plant; B2: 40 g/plant; B3: 60 g/plant) and the concentration of gamal leaf POC (P0: 0 ml/water; P1: 80 ml/water; P2: 160 ml/water; P3: 240 ml/water). The results showed that there was no interaction between straw bokashi as a mixture of planting media with gamal leaf POC (Gliricidia sepium) on the growth of pakcoy mustard (Brassica rapa L.) in the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight and consumption weight. The effective dose combination is found in the treatment of straw bokashi as a mixture of planting media 60 g/plant and gamal leaf POC 240 ml/L. The results of the booklet validation test obtained an average percentage of 86% which can be stated to include criteria worthy of use as additional information in the community, especially among pakcoy mustard farmers.
