Pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Wanita dengan Stres Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Krian, Sidoarjo
Abstract
The changing times have increased the number of women in the workforce, creating 
new dynamics in the labor structure. Recent economic and technological 
developments have created various challenges, especially in the banking sector. At 
Bank BRI Krian Branch, Sidoarjo, employee performance is evaluated based on 
achieving targets outlined in the Budget Performance Plan (RKA). High targets 
significantly impact female employees, who often struggle to balance family and 
work demands, particularly with short deadlines. As RKA goals increase, so does 
the workload for all employees, not just those in marketing. Many female employees 
also face family issues, leading to increased work stress. This study aims to examine 
the impact of dual role conflict and workload on performance, with work stress as 
a mediating variable. The analysis method used in this study is PLS (Partial Least 
Square). The data obtained includes primary and secondary data. Primary data 
was collected through questionnaires distributed to 43 female employees at Bank 
BRI, Krian Branch, Sidoarjo. The sampling method used is non-probability 
sampling with a census sample technique. The data analysis results using SmartPLS 
4.0 show that dual role conflict does not affect work stress pf female employesss, 
workload has a significant positive effect on work stress among female employees, 
dual role conflict has a significant positive effect on the performance of female 
employees, workload positively affects the performance of female employees, work 
stress positively affects the performance of female employees, dual role conflict 
does not affect the performance of female employees through work stress, and 
workload significant affects the performance of female employees through work 
stress.
