    Abstract
The changing times have increased the number of women in the workforce, creating new dynamics in the labor structure. Recent economic and technological developments have created various challenges, especially in the banking sector. At Bank BRI Krian Branch, Sidoarjo, employee performance is evaluated based on achieving targets outlined in the Budget Performance Plan (RKA). High targets significantly impact female employees, who often struggle to balance family and work demands, particularly with short deadlines. As RKA goals increase, so does the workload for all employees, not just those in marketing. Many female employees also face family issues, leading to increased work stress. This study aims to examine the impact of dual role conflict and workload on performance, with work stress as a mediating variable. The analysis method used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). The data obtained includes primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 43 female employees at Bank BRI, Krian Branch, Sidoarjo. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a census sample technique. The data analysis results using SmartPLS 4.0 show that dual role conflict does not affect work stress pf female employesss, workload has a significant positive effect on work stress among female employees, dual role conflict has a significant positive effect on the performance of female employees, workload positively affects the performance of female employees, work stress positively affects the performance of female employees, dual role conflict does not affect the performance of female employees through work stress, and workload significant affects the performance of female employees through work stress.
