This study used RAL factor 2 with 3 replications. The purpose of this study was to determine the highest concentration of 2,4-D in the callus induction of Dendrobium sp. to determine the best concentration of BAP in callus induction of Dendrobium sp. and to determine the best combination of 2,4-D and BAP on callus induction of Dendrobium sp. Variables observed included explant development time, explant development presentation, PEM formation time, PEM presentation, globular formation time, globular presentation, callus color and texture. The results showed that the concentration of 2,4-D and BAP with different treatment combinations affected the callus growth of Dendrobium sp. The combination treatment A3B1 (2,4-D 0.6 ppm and BAP 0.2 ppm) gave the best response in swelling with the fastest average time of 5.08 days, forming PEM with the fastest average time of 14.50 days, forming globular with the fastest average time fastest 33.92 days and produce the fastest globular with the highest percentage of 75%.en_US
