Abstract
Nursing Care with Risk of Impaired Skin Integrity in CVA Patients (Cerebro Vascular Accident) in Puspo Village, Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency: Anggita Catur Pratiwi, 202303102083, Faculty of Nursing, Jember University, Pasuruan City Campus.
Introduction: CVA is a disorder of the nervous system that we often encounter. Almost the whole world has experienced an increase in the number of patients affected by CVA, this is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. CVA occurs due to a blockage in the blood vessels in the brain, so that CVA clients will experience problems with physical mobility. If there is physical mobility for a long time it will trigger decubitus ulcers. Methods: The research design used in this research is a case study, namely a case study that explores the problem of nursing care at risk of skin integrity disorders in Puspo Village which includes assessment, establishing nursing diagnoses, designing interventions, implementation, and evaluation. Results: based on the results of the study after nursing care was carried out for three days, with the effleurage massage technique it can be expected to reduce the risk of impaired skin integrity. Discussion: it is expected that clients and families are able to reduce the risk of decubitus ulcers by doing effleurage massage
