    Abstract
Pratylenchus coffeae causes root damage on coffee plantations. It will also impact the economy. Pratylenchus coffeae is responsible for more than 78% of damage to coffee plantations. The aim of this research was to obtain phosphate-solubilizing fungi as a biological control agent against P.coffeae from the rhizosphare of a coffee plantation in Ijen, Bondowoso, East Java. There were some enzymatic tests, such as the proteolitic test, the chitinolitic test, and the phosphatase test. At first, the single colony of fungus was inoculated in skim milk agar, kitin medium, and pikovskaya agar. Then, it was incubated for three to six days. The indicator of having those enzymes is the formation of a holo zone in the colony area. The isolation that was done by the dilution method in pikovskaya medium shows that isolates A, B, C, and D were recognized as phosphate-solubilizing fungi. The identification of PSB was done by the observation of microscopic and macroscopic methode. The result also shows that Absidia (A), Penicillium (C), and Aspergillus (D) have proteolitic enzymes. The chitinolitic test shows there are no isolate that has chitinolitic. Bioassy was also done on mixed stadia of P.coffeae (J2, J3, J4, and adult). On the seventh day, the P.coffeae die. It is shown by the C-body shape or straightness. Absidia has the highest mortality rate. It causes 34% of Pratylenchus coffeae nematodes die. There were 50 nematodes tested in every petri dish for this test. Absidia sp. is the most effective isolate among the isolates that were found. It can be an alternative for changing chemical nematicides to control nematodes, especially Pratylenchus coffeae. However, the research about using Absidia sp. for controlling nematodes hasn’t been reported. This information will be spread using academic posters. Based on the validation result, the poster under the title “Identifikasi dan Uji Potensi Fungi Pelarut Fosfat dalam Mengendalikan Nematoda Praylenchus coffeae” was declared very valid with 90,1% avaerage score.
