Abstract
This research develops media-based learning productsPowerPoint interactive material on the value and equality of currency denominations for grade II elementary school students. Product development was carried out because there were problems with the learning outcomes of class II students, especially the material on values and currency denomination equality. This research uses the Borg and Gall model R&D research design up to stage 8, namely: preliminary research, planning and development, initial product design development, product design validation, initial product revision, use trials, product development revisions, and product effectiveness trials . Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The data analysis, technique used is validity analysis through product validation results, effectiveness analysis with independent sample t-test and relative effectiveness test, as well as practicality analysis through student response questionnaires. The results showed: product validity was 92.33 with a very feasible category; there is a significant difference between classes using student-based learning mediaPowerPoint interactive and using learning media in the form of learning videos. The effectiveness of mathematics learning is influenced by media-based learningPowerPoint interactive was 53.80%, while 41.70% was influenced by other factors; product practicality was 91.30 in the very practical category
