Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan dengan Burnout dan Work Life Balance sebagai Variabel Intervening pada UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo
Abstract
Increasingly tight global competition and rapid changes force companies to have employees to continue to adapt. Employees who have difficulty adapting will feel that their workload feels heavy. A workload that feels heavy can result in burnout and impact employees' tendency to leave their jobs. Apart from that, workload also affects employees' work-life balance. If employees do not have a good work life balance, employees will tend to leave the company and look for other jobs that can create a good work life balance. This research uses explanatory research. The respondents studied were employees of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used is a census sample. The sample in this study consisted of 41 respondents. The data collection method was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which is operated via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research indicate that workload has a significant influence on burnout of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, workload has a significant influence on work life balance of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, workload has a significant influence on turnover intention of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, burnout has a significant influence on the turnover intention of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, work life balance has a significant influence on the turnover intention of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, workload has a significant influence on turnover intention through burnout of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees, workload has an influence which is significant on turnover intention through the work life balance of UD Usaha Jaya Sidoarjo employees.
