Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Tanaman PG Djombang Baru
Abstract
Human resources have an important role in an organization or company. Employee performance is considered as the main thing that must be considered by the company because it is directly related to seeing the abilities and skills of human resources. Based on the results of observations found several phenomena that occur related to employee performance at the research object, namely the Djombang Baru Sugar Factory and variables that are considered influential. Therefore, the thing that is studied in this research is the Effect of Training and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the PG Djombang Baru Plant Section. This study aims to determine and analyze whether the training and work environment affect the performance of employees at PG Djombang Baru. The total population for this study was 35 employees who served as Young Assistants in the Plant Section. The sample used was a saturated sample, where the total population would be the sample. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data obtained directly through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from literature studies through journals, documentation, books and others. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Training affects the performance of plant division employees at PG DBU, 2) Work environment affects employee performance at PG DBU plant division, 3) Training and work environment affect employee performance at PG DBU plant division.
