Analisis Nilai Kekerasan Hasil Ekstrusi Filament 3D Printing Berbahan Campuran Pla-Titanium
Abstract
3D printing in the world of manufacturing has made a big difference in the world of technology. The emergence of 3D printing technology is very influential in the industrial sector. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out and increase knowledge about PLA-titanium filaments which will be tested using hardness testing. In collecting data using the taguchi method, namely L4 (23). Hardness testing was carried out using the Shore D test method and analyzed using ANOVA. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) stated that the most influential parameter was print speed with a contribution value of 56.01%. Variations in print parameters in this study included nozzle temperature (230˚C and 240˚C), layer height (0.2 mm and 0.3 mm), and print speed (30 mm/s and 40 mm/s). The results showed that the printing parameters proved to affect the hardness of the printed specimens. The highest hardness level of 56.3 HD was obtained at a nozzle temperature variation of 240˚C with a layer height of 0.3 mm and a print speed of 30mm/s.
