Learning in the 21st century accompanied by advances in digital technology has given rise to learning innovations and has a huge impact on education and is developing very sophisticatedly which combines physical, digital and biological elements. In the learning process, students are facilitated to develop 4C skills which include; (1) critical thinking; (2) communication (communication); (3) cooperate (collaboration); and (4) creativity. These skills are designed as well as possible to help students achieve learning outcomes and develop historical thinking skills and acquire skills that are useful for taking the next level of education. This study aims to determine the effect of the Resource Based Learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway media on historical thinking skills and learning outcomes in students' history subjects. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. The subjects in this study were class XI students of the Department of Agriculture at SMK Negeri 5 Jember, where class XI APT 1 served as the control class and XI APT 2 as the experimental class. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, documentation techniques and test techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use quantitative data analysis with statistical data and the data collection method uses Ancova. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the Microsoft Sway media-assisted Resource Based Learning modeLearning in the 21st century accompanied by advances in digital technology has given rise to learning innovations and has a huge impact on education and is developing very sophisticatedly which combines physical, digital and biological elements. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the Microsoft Sway media-assisted Resource Based Learning model on students' historical thinking skills in history subjects with a sig. 0.040 (sig. <0.05) and there was a significant effect of the Microsoft Sway media-assisted Resource Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects with a sig value of 0.012 (0.012 <0.05). Overall, this study concluded that the Resource Based Learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway media has a significant effect on historical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in history subjects.l on students' historical thinking skills in history subjects with a sig. 0.040 (sig. <0.05) and there was a significant effect of the Microsoft Sway media-assisted Resource Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects with a sig value of 0.012 (0.012 <0.05).
