dc.description.abstract | Population growth in Indonesia causes an increase in the need for buildings every year. Many studies and information show that building construction has a negative impact on the environment. The Indonesian government has issued regulations governing the implementation of Green Buildings (BGH) as an effort to design sustainable buildings. However, the application of this rule is still very limited because it requires additional funds and a fairly complicated design. The government has advised that all building construction funded by the government is expected to have BGH implemented. Currently, the construction of the ICU building at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital which is owned by the Blitar Regency Government is underway. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an assessment of the implementation of BGH in the building and the efforts that must be made so that the BGH concept can be implemented as fully as possible within the required costs. Research was carried out through design planning reviews. This data will be assessed to assess the extent of BGH implementation in the building project. The research results obtained a percentage of 41%, this figure still does not meet the criteria for a primary level Green Building with a value of 45% -65%. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a redesign that can be implemented so that the building meets the BGH criteria. The redesign includes site management, efficient use of energy, indoor air quality and waste management. After efforts were made to improve the performance of green buildings, an additional percentage of 12% was obtained, so that the final total percentage of green buildings at Ngudi Waluyo Hospital was 53%. The results of this recommendation resulted in an increase in the BGH achievement rating with the required budget plan (RAB) of Rp268.908.223,97. | en_US |
