Pengaruh Motivasi dan Minat Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Papua di Universitas Jember
Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of motivation and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Papuan students at the University of Jember. The aim of this research is to obtain a complete picture of the influence of motivation and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Papuan students at the University of Jember. Researchers used quantitative methods with the aim of determining the influence of motivation and interest in learning. Regarding the Learning Outcomes of Papuan Students at the University of Jember. Information collection in this research used observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. There were 30 student respondents in this research sample. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection includes questionnaires, interviews, documentation, using the t test in analyzing the data. The data analysis tool is the Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Statistical Program. Studies show that the average motivation for study was 5,369 in the high category,while interest in learning was 2,052. In the medium category,so the appropriate hypothesis is that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the t test,the sig value was 0,204 < 0,05. Which means, There's a difference between motivation and a study interest in the outcome.
