The SiapNgajar application has been used by junior high school teachers in Madiun Regency for about 1 year, but in its implementation, there are several issues such as a high level of problem reporting and a significant number of teachers still reluctant to use it. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of readiness of junior high school teachers in Madiun Regency in implementing the SiapNgajar application. The Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 method is used to measure the readiness level of teachers, and data is collected through an online questionnaire distributed to all junior high schools in Madiun Regency through the school principals. The results of this research indicate that junior high school teachers in Madiun Regency generally have a high level of readiness in implementing the SiapNgajar application. Comparative analysis of the scores for each TRI variable is conducted to analyze differences in adoption readiness among various user groups. In this analysis, no significant differences were found except for the level of innovativeness between male and female users.en_US
