Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Collaborative Problem Solving Terhadap Kemampuan Hots (Higher-Order Thinking Skills) dan Hasil Belajar Siswa MTS Kelas VIII Pada Materi Sistem Pernapasan
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the Collaborative Problem Solving learning model on HOTS (Higher-Order Thinking Skills) abilities and learning outcomes in class VIII MTs respiratory system material. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a pre-test post-test control group design to measure HOTS abilities and the post-test only control the group design to measure student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used were homogeneity test, normality test, ANAKOVA test, N-gain test and Independent Sample t-test. Based on data analysis, it was known that Collaborative Problem Solving had an effect on HOTS abilities in the experimental class in the moderate category (p = 0.4282) and in the control class had HOTS abilities in the low category (p = 0.1562). On learning outcomes it was known that Collaborative Problem Solving had an effect on increasing learning outcomes with an average of 83.62 in the experimental class and 76.17 in the control class.
