Analisis Tingkat Kesiapan Pengguna Terhadap Website ASN Digital Menggunakan Metode Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0

Abstract

The ASN Digital website has been used by Kediri City OPD employees for approximately 1 year, but in its implementation it still needs adaptation by its users. The user's habit of carrying out activities manually (non-computer) and switching to digital is also one of the factors in how the user's readiness responds to using the ASN Digital website. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of readiness of Kediri City OPD employees in implementing the ASN Digital website using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 method. The results of this research show that the level of readiness of ASN Digital website users is 3.27 and is included in the medium technology readiness category, which means that users are quite ready to adopt new technology that changes their habits of correspondence, minutes, document storage and manual room borrowing activities become digital. Segmentation analysis of ASN Digital website users produces 3 cluster groups. Cluster 1 which has characteristics close to the pioneers cluster group has 109 members, indicating that its users are people who know new technology and can be used as pioneers. Cluster group 2 which has characteristics close to the skeptics cluster group has 129 members, indicating that users are among those who are willing to adopt new technology. Cluster 3 namely the avoiders cluster group has 82 members, which shows that users are a group that tends to reject the adoption of new technology.
